San Lorenzo Residence Coral Gables, Florida - Historical Renovation

The historic-designated home was built in 1925 and designed by Robert Law Weed as part of the Italian Village historic district within the city of Coral Gables. The proposed work includes the restoration of the existing house (new barrel tile roof, impact windows, mechanical/ electrical systems, structural repairs and refinish of all exterior and interior surfaces). New work included 1 and 2-story additions, new garage and driveway, a new pool and site improvements (relocate existing utilities below grade, new septic tank and drainfield, and a new low property wall). The existing 3,495 sf house sits on a 27,358 sf site. The proposed addition consisted of approximately 3,780 sf.
