The historic-designated house was built in 1926 and is located in the French Country Village within the City of Coral Gables. New work includes a  new 1-story carport addition, new site walls, gates and driveway, a new pool, courtyard, new trellis and landscape improvements. The existing 4,596 sf house sits on a 18,375 sf site. The proposed carport addition consists of approximately 587 sf and the pool side open trellis is 300 sf.
